Limitations:

At least one of the surfaces to be bonded mustbe porous.

Not suitable for polyethylene, polypropylene,Teflon or Nylon.

Surfaces may be damp, but moisture content ofwood must not exceed 30%w/w.

As product expands slightly oncuring,

Do not use on sheet laminate. Use STICK 2 CONTACT ADHESIVE.

SurfacePreparation:

The surfaces to be glued should be clean andfree from dust, grease and other contaminants. At least one of thematerials must be porous. Roughen non-porous surfaces to give a keyfor the adhesive. To assist cure and achieve maximum bond strength,slightly moisten one surface with a damp cloth. Do not overwet.

Application:

Surfaces to be bonded must be clean, dust andgrease free. One of the surfaces must be porous. Roughen non-poroussurfaces (e.g. plastics) to give a key for the adhesive. Remove capand cut tip of nozzle

1. DAMPEN

Slightly moisten one surface with a damp clothor water mist spray. Do not over wet.

�

2. FIX

Apply adhesive evenly to othersurface.

�

3. CLAMP

Assemble parts IMMEDIATELY and clamp/weigh downfor 30 mins before handling. After this time the joint may beeasily handled. Final bond strength will be achieved after 24hours.

Replace cap on nozzle immediately afteruse.

NOTE: The product foams slightly on applicationto fill small gaps. Any excess foam/adhesive or tools must beremoved/cleaned with acetone before the product sets. Curedadhesive may be removed with EVERBUILD FOAM EATER.
