When splicing fibres at the Customer Splice Point, the splicing machine, as well as the splice itself has to be kept dry. During wet weather this has not always been able to be achieved using our current range of tents. A tent has been designed and Risk Assessed in order to enable engineers to carry out this task without having the risk of getting the fibres, machine as well as themselves wet.
