South Coast Property Services Ltd was founded in 2004 as N.C Carpentry Services Ltd with the objective of concentrating on carpentry services but continuing with the supply and installation of garage doors whilst growing the carpentry business.

Many years later the garage door & roller shutter installations were developing better than expected, so in 2010 the decision was made to rename N.C Carpentry Services Ltd to the current South Coast Property Services Ltd.

For Neil & Gary Coward, both qualified carpenters, the company goal was simple..
