We are able to provide a specialist basement build or waterproofing service for a client or contractor who is responsible for the main contract. We can provide assistance and specialist design recommendations throughout the project to include drainage, foul works and surface water sump systems, as well as the build type and waterproofing specification. We can hand over a watertight concrete shell at ground level for the client/contractor to take over for the remaining works above the ground.
