Our business is the biggest specialist IG component manufacturer and distributor in the United Kingdom supplying over 2,500 components and a broad range of Thermoseal Group Equipment (TGE) for manufacturing IG sealed units (IG sealed units are sometimes referred to as ‘Dual Pane Glass’ – double glazing, triple glazing or quadruple glazing).

The core products we manufacture in-house are Thermobar and Thermoflex Warm Edge Spacers including custom injection moulded fittings. These are two of the highest performance warm edge spacers currently available in the world - achieving a Passive House phA+ component rating for Arctic Climates and are highest rated for hygiene.
