Planned preventative maintenance is essential to ensure the economic efficiency and effective operation of the equipment and to guarantee the working environment, which your equipment was installed to provide. For many systems it is also a legal requirement that units are serviced at least once a year, however many need two or three visits depending on your equipment and the type of environment it is located within. It is important to ensure your Air Conditioning equipment is maintained otherwise it will ultimately fail, for example, blocked filters will reduce air flow, cause a unit to freeze up and damage other components which will reduce the life expectancy of the system and increase breakdown costs. We offer a number of maintenance packages from one visit per annum to several, all to suite your needs and budget. As a maintenance customer you will receive priority breakdown cover, reduced labour rates and have the ability to speak to an emergency engineer 24 hours a day.
