Beta Tower® : The Aluminium Scaffold Tower
Turner Access takes aluminium scaffold tower design to the next level with Beta Tower®: Aluminium Scaffold Tower. Since the introduction of HD1004 (BS EN 1004:2004), the design of the aluminium scaffold tower has consolidated with most new generation systems following similar design criteria. However, by taking the industry’s common aluminium access tower design and introducing radical changes, ‘evolving’ it, Turner Access has taken aluminium access towers to the next level and created the Beta® Aluminium Scaffold Tower. Everything from the tower’s adjustable leg up to the new GRN spigot has been improved to make the Beta Tower® : faster, lighter, stronger and inherently safer. Anyone who is currently using an aluminium scaffold tower that has 250mm and 500mm centre rungs and wants to evolve, can do so as Turner Access can support users who want to use their existing components with the new Beta Tower®. Recognising this as a current problem within the industry, Turner Access can provide assembly guidance for the purpose of mixing components, which have performance specifications that are rated lower than the Beta Tower®. (Please note this is for traditional braced towers and NOT for use with the BetaGuard® System). The Work at Height Regulations 2005 has had a major impact on the industry. How tower users build, utilise and dismantle safely should be done so with the risk of fall removed. Beta Tower® allows users to comply fully with the Work at Height Regulations 2005 by providing collective protection solutions:Visit the Turner Access Ltd website for more information on Beta Tower® : The Aluminium Scaffold Tower
