Vibra-Spreaders

Vibraplant can produce spreader feeders for applications where the spreading of material is essential to maximise the performance of downstream equipment. These units are specially designed to receive a narrow product flow (i.e. 600mm) and transform it to a wide evenly spread feed of up to 5000mm.Typical applications for spreader feeders include:-Spreading material over vibratory screens-Spreading material for optical or x-ray sorting equipment-Spreading material over eddy current or magnetic separators-Spreading material for ballistic separating equipment.
