D90 HIRE GRINDER FOR AN-HYDRATE FLOOR OUTSIDE 7 DAY PERIOD

Do you have a liquid screed floor (anhydrate) that has been poured longer than 10 days and you didn't remove the surface skin in the specified time of 7 days, you will now have to use a triple-head grinder fitted with diamond shoes as the surface has now gone hard and nothing else will break the surface.Using the triple head DFG460 grinder and fitted with 9 x 16 grit shoes this will remove the skin and give the surface the key ready for tiling or next stage of over-layment, and can do up to 50m2 per day. ask about our special rate for 1 day hire for a grinder with allowance for 1mm on diamonds £300.00 plus vat.be advised the moisture in the floor could be more than 90% after grinding and so allow time for it to dry out before tiling etc.Dust control is not normally required with this machine but can be supplied as an extra if required and can also be used afterward to hoover the surface.  visit our dust control page. 110v version of the grinder is also available on this link.
