General purpose diamond plate we fit most of our DFG grinders for a very cost-effective way to grind medium grade concrete floors with paint or light coated removal. if the plate is matched to the strength of the surface then it can achieve up to 2000m2 per plate, but be warned get it wrong and it could glaze over and fail to grind if the surface is hard or worse it can wear out after only 20mtrs if the surface is soft and abrasive. options for wear charge per mm is £79.00 if small areas are required. 10mm round segment fitted can give a great finish to most floors.
