The ZOUCHretic foam range are lightweight open cell Polyurethane foam based on Polyether, which gives warranty and safety on the filtration of air, water, dust, gases and liquids. The calibrated open cell foam size varies from 10 PPI (porosity per inch) up to and including 100 PPI. These are all lightweight and washable foams, which can be used many times. The open cell Polyurethane foam can also be impregnated with carbon, PVC or Flame Retardant additives to enhance specific properties and create other potential new products. Standard in Charcoal Grey or Black open cell foam, other colours can be made specifically subject to minimum requirements including Beige, Light Blue and Red
