About Us

Baron UK Ltd was established in 2006 under the name Baron A/S (B+A A/S), when Anker Kjærsgaard and Rune Harbo merged the two businesses Baron & AK Products into one. Since early 2006, B+A has shown a very impressive development with good annual growth rates. They continually develop their products in collaboration with our professional users, and their high service level has proved its worth to their customers. Baron UK Ltd maintain a focus on health and safety and also ergonomics.

In 2016 the ownership was enlarged by VækstInvest and Carsten Filsø. Rune Harbo continued as co-owner. The new group of owners will continue the market and the user-driven product development and increase the focus on quality and functionality. This further strengthens the impressive current development both in Denmark and the export markets.

In 2018 the company name was changed from B+A A/S to Baron A/S.
