BASF - Brand New Plastisol Steel 8 Bay Modular Building

Client: BASF Location: Cheadle Hulme, Greater Manchester Date of Possession: August 2020 Contract Type: Purchase BASF are the worlds largest chemical company. Britcab were contacted with a specification and we came up with new and refurbished solutions. The customer opted for a brand new plastisol steel 8 bay. They were able to decide on the internal layout from room sizes to window and socket positions. The 32' x 80' modular building incorporates all of our customers requirements which include: Large open office space with DADO trunking to perimeter Male and female showers Changing rooms Various toilet facilities including DDA compliant WC Canteen Store room Smaller private office/ meeting room Britcab also quoted for and provided the foundations on site. These were installed the week prior to delivery. The building was provided on time and under budget.
