After the contract is secured to fabricate and erect new classroom development, a site survey is undertaken so as to ensure no discrepancies with engineers and architects drawings.
At which point fabrication drawings are put into production and submitted for approval.
Approval being granted, concrete slab poured by others leaving pocket into which is dropped the fabricated columns.
Site survey done and holding down bolts set out by ourselves and resin bond fixed ready for the columns to be erected.
Erected using relevant lifting and access equipment by fully trained and experienced staff, Secure all fixings, tidy up site.
Final erected building ready to hand over to the main contractor
