I am Robert Warren and I am the owner of Damp and Timber Tech. I am a surveyor with 28 years experience and industry knowledge in both property preservation and remedial building works.

I am an experienced independent building surveyor, I specialise in every aspect of damp, structural waterproofing, basement waterproofing and conversions, condensation, woodworm, dry rot and wet rot, as well as fungal decay.

During my career I have worked at every level of management and surveying for both commercial and domestic clients. I have extensive experience in dealing with properties of varying ages and construction types. I have been employed with major contractors in the property preservation industry as a consultant to advise on specifications and contract management, including dispute resolutions. I now offer my experience to my clients in order to provide realistic cost effective solutions and specifications to building defects.
