"DT Contracting undertook building work in our home in Essex. This involved the removal of the existing kitchen and bathroom, making structural alterations according to the architect’s drawings and installing a new fitted kitchen and new bathroom. When discussing the work, DT Contracting made sure they clearly understood our needs and made sure we were involved in all decisions. The building work was completed to the highest standard within the agreed timescale and within budget. DT Contracting provided the necessary specialist builders, electricians, plumbers and roofers to undertake the essential work and supervised each one to make sure their work was up to DT Contracting’s standards. When problems arose (as they do when building) we were consulted and every issue was resolved to our complete satisfaction. Upon completion there were a couple of snagging items which were immediately rectified. We have had many visitors to our home since the building work was finished and everyone has commented on how good our home looks. It appears as if an extension has been built, but all the work was within the original footprint of our home. I have no hesitation in recommending DT Contracting for any building or maintenance work following our experience."
