Cavity Wall Insulation

The Icynene Spray Foam Insulation Pour fill formulation is the ideal insulation for insulating cavity walls and confined spaces. The pour fill version slowly expands over a period of three to five minutes and during that process will insulate and airseal the complete cavity including every nook and cranny down to the smallest pinhole, Icynene classic pour fill is particularly successful at insulating cavities that are partially filled with rigid board PIR or polystyrene board and is effective on three fronts: 1) The classic pour fill will push the rigid board firmly against the inner leaf making it more effective, 2) It will fill any voids that are present in the board insulation and 3) It will fill the remaining cavity void to give a complete fill of insulation and an excellent level of air tightness.
