The Icynene Spray Foam Insulation System is an ideal solution for insulating the underside of suspended timber floor structures and eliminates “Cold Floor Syndrome. Required under floor ventilation can cause significant drafts with a home and therefore may make the building up to 50% less energy efficient. An application of Icynene Classic to the underside of the floor deck will eliminate convection air movement, and at the same time allow the required ventilation underneath.
