About the Product Development Placement
This placement offers a Harper Adams engineering student first-hand experience in the design, development and delivery of innovative precast solutions, particularly within the agricultural sector.
Based at Elite’s Telford headquarters, the successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment, contributing to projects spanning concept design, market analysis, production efficiency and cost optimisation. The role also provides exposure to product trials, competitor benchmarking and participation in industry exhibitions and training events, building a well-rounded understanding of commercial product development.
