They say the proof of the pudding is in the eating, well who are we to argue... Just over a year ago we set up 2 digitiser boards, 3 licences of estimating and the quantity surveying system with an insulation company who have 2 full time and 1 part time estimators. For their own benefit they calculated the total amount of estimates they had achieved the year before Ensign and now they have just shared with us the total amount they have estimated one year after implementing Ensign; with the same staff. We got an email from one the directors stating 'We can estimate 4 times as much if we want, we choose not to now as we can't cope with what we have. What Ensign gives us is time. We now get out on site more, jobs run better and we spend more time buying materials for better prices.' Couldn't have put it better myself!
