Environmental Maintenance Services LTD provide a high level of service for a varierty of maintenance and servicing areas including heating, electrical, air conditioning and facilities management.

Established in 1996 in the South East of England by directors Graham Lingham and Ian Childs as a small Building Services Maintenance Company serving the London and the Home Counties the company have since progressed from strength to strength.

Knowing that building services operate throughout the day and night it is imperative that breakdowns are attended to at short notice. We therefore operate a 24/7 call out service that is available to all our contract customers.
