Borough High Street FRA, London

Free Flow carried out a flood assessment on the development of an existing four storey building in Borough High Street for a private developer. Consultation was carried out with the Environment Agency, Thames Water as well as the Local Authority to fully assess the consequences on the site from catastrophic failure of the local flood defences. Appropriate mitigation measures were developed and the FRA was submitted and accepted with the planning application.
