New Golf Course in East Kent

The ongoing development of an abandoned industrial area resulted in a very large area being set aside for the construction of a new golf course. Free Flow carried out a site assessment and collected all available information on historic flooding prior to the preparation of a FRA. The site was assessed to have manageable flood risk and mitigation measures were accepted as being appropriate for the proposed future use of the site.
