It now appears that you are determined to make a habit of superior performance and again, like our clients, I would like to take the oportunity to thank you for this continued commitment to quality. I know from our working relationship that the production of a high quality finish is a natural by product of your business activity, and as such this letter should not come as a surprise to you. However I would like to take this oportunity to thank you for the committment you have shown to the project and particularly in maintaining a rigorous approach to the difficult discipline of the construction matrix, a discipline on which the success of the project is founded.
