28,000 sq ft Fit Out for CSC Headquarters at One Pancras Square

Green Building Design Consultants have been working with Modus Group to support the fit out of 28,200 sq ft office headquarters, occupying 4 floors of an 8-storey tower in Pancras Square. CSC are an international computer consultancy and the office is to be equipped with the latest IT and communications infrastructure. Design of power supply and heating and cooling systems have been critical to ensure efficient energy consumption. The building, which is central to a major office devlopment on this new London square immediately north of Kings Cross station and overlooking Regent’s Canal, was designed by David Chipperfield Architects to be BREEAM ‘Outstanding’. The office features active chilled beams and opening windows and can be ventilated both naturally and mechanically. The main building structure was successfully completed in December 2013.
