The order book for the second half of this year has held up with new contracts being awarded, some of which are listed below. We have found that our customer focus has been in helping to maintain the order book in the second half of 2014. Existing planned maintenance support contracts have been rolled over for on a number of retail contracts including Altham Travel, Select Retail, Dacre Son & Hartley and Holroyd Miller to name but a few. This ensures that planned maintenance is carried out on all sites for electrical, fire, emergency lighting and statutory compliance using one main specialist contractor. All our procedures are to improve service and efficiency with benefits to the customers in helping them save money on electricity by having green credential or by reducing their carbon footprint. GRW’s carbon footprint has also been reviewed and in June we took delivery of four green emission vehicles for all our engineers.
