IFSEC 2014 Show Review

With IFSEC changing venues this year from the NEC in Birmingham to the ExCel in London and staging three days instead of four, there was a lot of uncertainty about the numbers attending, the geography of the attendees and also the atmosphere of the venue. However, at the ievo stand we were showcasing not only our trusted biometric fingerprint readers, we also exclusively demonstrated our custom kit additions which enables users to effectively create their own biometric by adding on elements needed for the project or clients needs. This attracted a lot of attention towards the demonstration area and interest spanned from UK and International customers. UK wise, we saw a definite increase in southern clients but was not limited to the rest of the UK and worldwide. Our new custom kit range was well received by visitors as it is the first and only fully customisable and fully servicable biometric reader, and although not fully launched, it was great to see people interested and coming to see the product through word of mouth.
