"I just wanted to take this opportunity to say how delighted we are with the work done and to compliment Terry & James for doing such a fine job. They were very pleasant to have around, were extremely through and tidy - in fact they left the house cleaner than when they arrived. The finish was so good you'd be hard pressed to tell we'd had any work done at all. This is in striking contrast to a property three doors down which has recently also had their windows replaced by another firm and has very noticeable fresh render visible around all the frames."
