Templates

The templates are manufactured on site at the clients home/business using hardboard. This allows the boards to be made to the exact size of the worktops. All labours to the tops including edges, cut outs and holes can be clearly and precisely positioned. This process enables the client to visualize the fixtures and fittings in the intended position. On the receipt of the templates at our works, each worktop order is drawn to scale to show all information. This is used to confirm the details with the original order. On some occasions the details can change and additional items are added to complete the worktop installation. This can include, splashbacks, hob back panels and windows cills. The completed details are advised to the clients with cost implications if applicable. These variations can increase or decrease the value of the work. Once approved and agreed the templates are used to manufacture the worktops. After final inspection the production schedules are signed off and returned to complete the delivery tickets for the installation.
