Bespoke Residential

18-10-2014

As appointed building services consultants to an exciting demolition and rebuild of a 1840′s mews house in central London. The project, for a private client entailed the retention of the front facade whilst rebuilding the whole of the rear, roof and internal levels. Located in the Howard de Warden Estate, a conservation area, and in the vicinity of a number of Listed Buildings the project required careful navigation through the relevant statutory organisations including the planning authorities at the City of Westminster. This project will provide an inspiring, beautifully lit and environmentally responsive building for the client to appreciate for years to come.
