Power Access Systems in Mayfair

17-08-2014

Mayfair has an understated elegance that is unique in London. Walking along its leafy streets are the people who continue to shape one of the fastest moving cities in the world. When Sir Robert McAlpine were redeveloping Fifty Grosvenor Hill they turned to Power Access Systems to supply and install a bespoke travelling gantry system to provide access to the feature high-level sloping glazed roof. From the street Fifty appears to be a traditional Georgian terrace. Discreet and in harmony with it’s surroundings, a solar glazed elevation rising from the second floor is all there is to betray Fifty’s function. It is only when you step inside that the state-of-the-art interior is revealed. Blending into the fabric of the roof the travelling gantry provides safe and efficient access to the sloping glazing to enable the building to be maintained to the high standards expected for a building of this quality. This is one of many bespoke access systems that Power Access Systems has installed since 1983.
