Exceeding the Standards

The commitment of specialist fastener and fixings distributor Rapierstar Limited, has been recognised with the award of the Investor in People Standard after an external review at its Cheshire headquarters. Managing Director David Furness stated "The award shows beyond any doubt that the management has the right strategies for employee communication, development and engagement and also that all employees are fully engaged in the development of the business and of themselves".
