The company is part of the global foundation group, Soletanche Bachy, itself the largest and most diverse foundation engineering company in the world.

The company dates back to 1971 when the original Roger Bullivant Ltd was set up by its founder, Roger Bullivant. Roger is an entrepreneur and innovator and was the initiator of many of the piling and mini-piling systems used in common practice throughout the company and all around the world.
