RTC Safety Surfaces was founded in 1993 and through our commitment to customer service and technical excellence we have grown steadily to become the European market leader in wetpour safety surfacing. RTC is our specialist contracting division and is supported by the other companies in our group, Billy Bounce serving the schools and nurseries sector and RTC Sport, experts in golf course pathways and pitch surrounds.

For more than 20 years, RTC has become synonymous with quality and innovation. Our on site technicians have unrivalled expertise in creative surface installations. Experts in laying wetpour surfacing and resin bound mulch, the quality of our installations is second to none. Whilst our head office is situated in Burnley, Lancashire, we have 12 teams operating throughout the UK and 6 teams throughout Europe (and beyond when required). This gives us the unique scale and experience to undertake any wetpour surfacing project, regardless of size or location.

Our office team is passionate about customer service and after sales care. We are always on hand to offer technical advice, estimating support and project guidance for all sizes of project.
