I was introduced to UK Building Compliance by a friend who had recently used them to undertake an asbestos survey at his shop. I contacted them for a quotation which they gave me over the telephone and booked in my survey for the following week. The surveyor explained the processes he would be going through to survey the property allowing me to prepare the property for his visit. The surveyor turned up at the arranged time and proceeded to complete his work without delay. The survey took 2 hours. The surveyor explained that a number of samples had been taken and that these would be sent to a laboratory for testing to confirm wether asbestos was present. I received the full report in the post a week later. Thank fully no asbestos was present. UK Building Compliance and their representitives were a pleasure to deal with. I have kept their card to pass on to friends and family.
