Weblight Appoints Paul Wade as Managing Director

Nov 2014 Weblight are delighted to announce the appointment of Paul Wade as their new Managing Director. He joins the company to help its continued growth and lead new energy service offerings. In his new role, Paul’s primary focus will be on strengthening the core of the business’ lighting services as well as launching the new energy services proposition, bringing together the companies specialist energy saving, and cost reducing offerings, for clients. He brings with him over 20 years’ experience: most recently as Energy Director at NG Bailey, launching their new Rare Energy proposition which won the 2014 PfM award for sustainability. Before that he was head of global energy services for ISS, where he was responsible for leading the global energy services offering, which included introducing new energy related services including LED lighting installation, energy auditing and intelligent building control systems. Previous to that, Paul held senior management roles at leading companies, including Dalkia and Parkersell. He comments on his appointment: “During the years I’ve spent in the industry I have admired Weblight and am delighted to have been given the opportunity to help shape its future growth, through my appointment."
