Weblight’s dedicated engineering team is supported in house, to deliver our reactive call out and maintenance service, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We have a fully integrated PDA based labour and material tracking system with all the benefits for optimal client service. A key advantage of the information from the service management system is the ability to spot material usage and to keep stock, both in central locations, as well as on the dedicated van fleet, at appropriate levels, and also with the correct stock lines. This allows for industry leading ‘first time fix’ rates and for us to provide a far more efficient service to you.
