Stormwater retention lagoon engineering at Energy from Waste development

ABG have been supplying lining and erosion products to a major new energy from waste development at Ardley, Oxfordshire, The project for waste management company Viridor is due to open later this year and the final construction phase is now well underway. As part of the landscaping works ABG have been supplying two products; Claymat GCL has been used to form an impermeable liner for the stormwater retention lagoon whilst and Erosaweb geocell has been used on the shoulders of the banks of the stormwater retention lagoon to provide protection from erosion forces.
