***Arco2 Architecture Ltd recently collected a RICS SW Award for residential building Edge O'Cliff***. Edge O’ Cliff is a new house perched on the cliff top in an awe inspiring location near St Ives in Cornwall. It is a locally significant, highly visible and environmentally sensitive site to which there is no access other than the narrow, twisting, stepped, coastal footpath. A technically challenging project, but a once in a lifetime opportunity for the owner, design and construction team.
