***This sensitively and respectfully converted C17 Cottage, early mid C19 barns and Oxen driven whim (reputed to be the finest remaining example in Cornwall) has been featured in the Cornwall Today Magazine. ARCO2's Ian Armstrong was enlisted to sympathetically convert and restore the ruinous set of listed buildings at Restronguet Barton Farm, which several Architects approached did not believe it could be saved, let alone converted. The building utilized locally sourced materials including some which is believed could have been sourced from the same area of land as the original.
