Welding Service

For many years B A J System Design have offered a welding repair service providing this service to anyone wishing to repair production machinery or save a treasured item - car or motorcycle parts or garden furniture etc. By special request we are now adding a model boiler assembly service, We will repair, finish a part built unit or build a complete boiler from customers materials or our own. We TIG weld, Plasma weld, Soft Solder, Silver solder, Braze and Bronze weld. TIG welding Aluminium, Brass, Copper and some Magnesium based alloys and Titanium MIG or TIG weld mild steel and stainless steel. Sometimes Zinc based can be repaired using special methods. Cast Iron is also possible.
