JENNY BEILBY ANNOUNCED AS VICE CHAIR OF WIP THAMES VALLEY

Jenny Beilby, senior building surveyor, has recently been voted as the Vice Chair of Thames Valley Women in Property branch. The Association of Women in Property is the leading forum for women working in all types of roles throughout the property industry. The Association was formed 25 years ago and currently has over 1,000 members across twelve branches nationwide. The role of the Association is as relevant today as it was back then. The approach is always to offer friendly support and a nurturing backdrop to the professional lives of the diverse membership. Opportunities are provided for learning, mentoring, the exchanging of views, networking and personal development. Jenny Beilby has recently been voted in as Vice Chair of the Thames Valley branch by the current committee. Jenny will shadow and deputise for the current Chair, Jenni Montgomery of Barton Willmore. The Thames Valley branch operates throughout Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire and runs around 12 events a year at various locations. The events range from social and networking events such as wine tasting and theatre trips, through to professional development topics on Tax and VAT law. Jenny commented, “It is a privilege to be voted into this role and to be recognised as someone who can lead the committee in the future.” Nick Surman, regional director, commented, “I am delighted that Jenny has been announced as Vice Chair of the Thames Valley Women in Property Association.
