FILON FACTORY UPDATE – WE ARE REOPENING ON 20TH APRIL

We are now able to advise that we will be gladly reopening our factory for production on 20th April 2020. It will initially be on a small scale but as the business level hopefully picks up, we will have more employees returning to keep up with the increasing demand. The wellbeing of our dedicated staff is paramount and rest assured that measures are in place to safeguard our employees and ensure social distancing and hygiene guidelines are adhered to. If you are arranging delivery to or collections from us, please be aware that there may be some changes to the procedures. For customers with orders already on our system, our Sales Office will be in touch shortly to check whether your orders are still needed and by when. I would ask that you respond as quickly as possible so that we are then able to produce an up to date production schedule and advise of the new delivery dates. We will try our best to accommodate your requirements. However, I would respectfully request that you help us by providing as accurate information as possible regarding your delivery requirement dates to ensure we are able to correctly prioritize the orders on our system. In fairness to all of our customers, we do not want to manufacture orders that aren’t urgently required before ones that are. Please accept our thanks for your patience, understanding and support.
