Management Buyout Completed

A senior management reshuffle follows a management buyout of Filon Products Ltd. It is with great pleasure that we can advise you of the latest stage in Filon’s 58 year history. The current senior management team have recently completed a Management Buyout. The company will be led by Steve Vickers as Managing Director and with Julie Cox continuing as Financial Director. We are pleased to announce that Mark Wilcox has been promoted to Sales Director. Ron Allen has provided sterling service to the company as MD and will continue working for Filon on a part time basis as Non-Executive Chairman. Steve Vickers commented, "For our staff, customers and suppliers alike, we can assure you that it is “business as usual” as nothing has changed regarding the way that Filon operates; the company name and registration number remain the same."
