Promotions following management buyout

Following the successful management buyout of Filon Products Ltd led by Steve Vickers, among his first steps was to promote two of the company’s stalwarts. Craig Bainbridge has been promoted to the position of Operations Manager and his responsibilities include all production functions; goods in; goods out; transport and Health & Safety amongst others. Steve Vickers commented “Craig is a very important member of our team and this appointment is in recognition of his excellent results so far and the robust systems he has introduced. I wish him all the best for this increased level of responsibility and know he will make a great success of it.” The efforts and loyalty of long standing Technical Advisor, Steve Mercer have also been recognised in his promotion to the position of Technical Manager. Steve Vickers continued “Steve is now responsible for all issues concerning customer technical support and is ably assisted by Chris Messer. We are very pleased with Steve’s efforts over the 11 years he has been with the company and trust he will continue to provide first class customer support for years to come.”
