CURRENT VACANCIES:
AREA SALES MANAGER
Field-based – Covering North England, East Anglia and London Regions.
The Area Sales Manager will provide external representation for the Company, contributing to the overall efficient company operations by servicing existing Filon clients, re-opening dormant accounts and being accountable for the controlled acquisition of new business by the existing business model. Integral to this position, is the ability to demonstrate a precise understanding of working with complex distributor and merchant platforms.
The primary focus of the role is about following up business opportunities by building credible relationships with key influential decision-makers. With a focussed and ethical approach, you will have the ability to communicate confidently across all platforms, ensuring that commercial relationships are maintained and sustained through face-to-face visits.
ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGER
37 hours per week, Head Office Burntwood.
Reporting to the Production Manager and working closely with the Production Supervision Team, the Assistant Production Manager will assist the Production Manager in manufacturing all orders to meet customer satisfaction and delivery lead time requirements’ safely and to the desired quality standards.
Supporting, monitoring, and reporting on all production related efficiencies, the core focus will be upon continuous lean improvement activities to ensure a consistently high yield performance, leading to maximisation of the businesses’ commercial position through minimised costs.
Promoting and maintaining a positive working culture within the Company through engaging, motivating, and leading a team with regards to performance standards and continuous improvement. Reinforcing a high-performance and problem-solving culture at all times.
SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR (PART TIME 15 HOURS)
15 hours per week (Tuesday and Wednesday), Head Office Burntwood
The Sales Support Administrator will provide sales administration support to the sales department. Contributing to the overall efficient Company operations by providing administrative support in a timely and proactive manner and working in conjunction with other departments of the business.
GENERAL PRODUCTION OPERATIVES
37 hours per week (Monday to Thursday), Head Office Burntwood
Located in a fast-paced production plant, the Production Operative will manufacture and build fibre glass roofing products for the building and construction industry. You will work as part of a team to ensure that products are manufactured to meet the demands of the customer and in accordance with the Company Quality Systems
