Takeover rumours have no substance

Rumours regarding a possible takeover are doing the rounds again but Filon Management confirm they are not true. It has been brought to our attention yet again that a rumour is circulating suggesting that we are about to be taken over by Sheffield Insulation Group. As we advised our customers in December, there is no truth in the rumour at all. We have not been purchased by SIG, we have not entered into negotiations with them, nor even been approached. Please be assured that Filon Products Ltd remains a private limited company, wholly owned by the Management Team and is committed to providing quality service to our customers and their customers alike.
