In 2002, Form Architecture was founded by the company directors, Lewis Cook & Gary Cumberland. Before this both Directors had worked for numerous architectural practices for many years across London and the South-East building up complementary areas of expertise such as the residential, commercial and education sectors.

Form Architecture is an RIBA Chartered Practice, meaning that we maintain the Royal Institute of British Architect's standards of professional practice covering matters including quality, customer service and insurance.

Form Architecture has undertaken many projects over the last decade within in a range of sectors including; commercial, leisure and particularly residential developments, as both new build and refurbishment projects.
