Chiller Replacement Work - Wells Street - London - W1

Chillmech Engineering Staff have successfully replaced a 'York' YCWA 5HE 180 Air Cooled Liquid Chiller located at roof level of a commercial office complex in 'Wells Street' ( Oxford Street ) London W1. The existing York Chiller was installed in 1994 and provided approximately 630 Kw of cooling to various fan coil units and Air Handling Units within the Building. Two new 'Carrier' 30RB342 'Aqua Snap' Air Cooled ( Multi Scroll Compressor ) Chillers were selected to replace the 'York' Chiller with. Each of the new units has a Nominal Cooling Capacity of approximately 325 Kw.
