With more than 20 years of experience within the construction industry, here at LDM Scanning we are at the forefront of the analysis of steel reinforcement in concrete structures.

LDM Scanning have an innovative and quick 3D portable scanner which can detect and measure the depth of cover, diameter and positioning of reinforcing bars over a large area.

In 2011 Hilti launched a new concrete scanning technology in to the UK. LDM Scanning were one of the first to use this technology which has been well received by customers. Although ferro magnetic scanning has been around for some time it has considerable limitations and is therefore of limited use. The new radar based technology is able to scan much deeper for services and rebar which provides new ways of applying the technology and providing value to customers.

Over coverage is nationwide as well as Northern and Southern Ireland. Based in Coventry West Midlands we are centrally placed to react and be onsite throughout the UK within hours subject to workload.
LDM operatives are trained to the highest standard and have valuable experience using these latest technologies. Operatives have CSCS cards, IPAF, PASMA and SSSTS.
